The Placement Cell and Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Sir Syed Institute for Technical Studies, Taliparamba, in association with Connecting Taliparamba, organized “INSIGHT – Discover Your Inner Strength”, a career guidance programme for first-year undergraduate students.

The programme was conducted on 14th January 2026 at 9:30 AM in the Seminar Hall of the institute. The event featured a Psychometric Test followed by One-on-One Career Counselling, aimed at helping students understand their strengths, interests, and career pathways at an early stage of their academic journey.

The programme was inaugurated by Vandana S., KAS, District Educational Officer, Taliparamba, as the Chief Guest.

The initiative focused on empowering students with self-awareness and informed career planning, supporting their academic and professional development from the first year itself.
