Principal's Message

Greetings !!
Hope everyone is well and making their way through these unprecedented times. The new academic year begins with the shadow of the Covid-19 looming large in the horizon. So we arranged to conduct classes online ensuring the full participation of students. The devoted teachers of this institution encourage the students in this pandemic situation to strengthen academic activities and to cherish their creativity. My advice is don’t be panic but be cautious.
Sir Syed Institute for Technical Studies, an unaided college under Kannur University has passed its glorious 20 years, producing students with flying colours in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biohemistry, Computer science, Commerce, Management, Economics, English and Psychology streams, moving forward to be a centre with potential for excellence. Empowerment of students for their all round development through education is our aim.
I seek the wholehearted co-operation and unstinted support of the respectful college management, all my colleagues, faculty, staff, students, parents and the rest of the stakeholders. Together we shall continue to impart credible information and innovative education, cultivate independent thought and create enlarged awareness of societal needs, national realities and global perspective.
Let us work hard to make this institution a modern temple of learning through our diligence, devotion and dedication.
